The Heartland Certified Public Manager Program (CPM) is a nationally accredited management program and certification in which participants develop and strengthen their management skills through our competency based curriculum.
The Emerging Leaders Academy (ELA) is a talent management program targeted to promising, non-supervisory/non-managerial staff to help them prepare for leadership roles in their departments and organizations.
The Law Enforcement Leadership Academy (LELA) provides high quality leadership development and promotes professionalism throughout the law enforcement community in Kansas.
The PMC is the home of the Kansas City/County Managers Conference and the Inspiring Women in Public Administration Conference. We are proud of the programs we offer for those in public service in Kansas and the KC Metro area.
