Should you decide to pursue a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from KU, completion of the CPM will count towards 6 of its 40 credit hour requirement.
For those maintaining their AICP certification, CPM counts for 20 CM credits and 1 required equity credit. Thanks to the Kansas Chapter of the American Planning Association for their partnership!
Graduates are eligible to join the American Academy of Certified Public Managers® (AACPM) http://cpmacademy.org/ , a professional association of public sector managers affiliated with the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA)
