Ronni brings over two decades of experience in customer service, driving transformative change, fostering innovation, and enhancing operational efficiencies. Ronni spent 19 years working for Sprint in a variety of roles including: marketing, operational program support, and designing process documentation, and training content for over 50,000 call center agents worldwide. Ready for the next challenge, Ronni moved to public sector in 2016, and has spent the last 8 years developing a customer experience program for the City of Olathe to increase and heighten the level of customer-centric focus for the organization. Her focus is to continually improve and optimize opportunities to replicate experiences to meet consumer expectations. Ronni has a passion for ensuring the customer experience is optimal at all touch points while leveraging technology to stay at the forefront of customer service excellence.

Ronni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University-Kansas City. She is an active member of Olathe School Foundation Women’s Giving Circle and is the liaison between City of Olathe and Olathe School District as the Adopt a School program sponsor. She and her husband have two children who are currently attending two different colleges with one at Kansas State University and the other at the University of Kansas.
