Mary Biere-Sova

Mary is an experienced human resources and leadership development professional who is passionate about helping leaders and individual contributors learn and grow in areas important to them and their organizations. Prior to joining the PMC, Mary managed the talent acquisition and development function at Johnson County Government in Olathe, Kansas and retired after 20 years of service.  While at Johnson County Government, Mary was instrumental in administering and instructing the LEAP (Leadership Empowers All People) program, a successful culture change curriculum based on high-performance organization principles.  

Mary earned a MA in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a BS from the University of Nebraska. She is a certified MBTI practitioner and earned a Leadership Coaching certificate from Avila University.
