Jessica Franz

Jessica’s responsibilities encompass strategic planning, coordination, and ensuring seamless implementation of projects. She joined the PMC in September 2022 after serving in previous roles at the University of Kansas, Edwards Campus, Northwestern University, and the California Maritime Academy. She holds bachelor’s degrees in African and African American Studies and Sociology from KU and a master’s degree in education from Grand Valley State University.
