Rob Sands

Rob Sands is a 24 year still serving veteran of the US Army and Army National Guard.  Rob has served in various command and staff positions in operations, training, plans, recruiting, and intelligence.  Rob currently serves as a Battalion Commander of a National Guard armor battalion of over 500 Soldiers, and as the deputy operations officer for the Kansas Army National Guard.  In this role Rob is responsible for programming, budgeting, and executing Soldier qualification schools, training operations, and preparing units for overseas mobilization.  Rob has a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Kansas, and a Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Kansas.
