About Us

The University of Kansas Public Management Center (PMC) was founded in 1974 and is the professional development arm of KU’s School of Public Affairs and Administration.

We offer training and consulting services throughout Kansas and Missouri to meet the needs for skills enhancement among public service managers, staff, and teams and to support organizational development in government agencies and other public service organizations. We have worked with thousands of individuals and hundreds of public service entities through our professional education programs and our customized services.
