Tarik Khatib

“Developing leaders so they can serve the public the most effective way possible has been a passion of mine,” Tarik likes to say.  “It has never been more important for our communities to be served by departments that are well managed, responsive to needs of the community, and have personnel who are up to date on the most current leadership practices. I am excited to be a part of the LELA program and work with our partners at KLETC to ensure Kansas Law Enforcement Training is a model for other states.”
