Command School participants join the Heartland CPM participants to receive their Certified Public Manager's credential on graduation day. Graduation is an inspiring ceremony that celebrates the successful completion of the only nationally recognized credentialed program for public service professionals in Kansas and Missouri.

Command School participants and the CPM participants celebrate their graduation on the State House Floor in Topeka usually in early December.  The inspiring ceremony convenes all cohorts with invited family and guests to affirm their commitment to public service and the Certified Public Manager's oath.
