CPM Collaboration Conference Registration Form

If you are a CPM or a LELA Command School graduate looking to maintain a connection with all the wonderful things you learned during those courses, then the CPM Collaboration Conference is a wonderful way to do that!

If you are a current student, you do NOT need to register. This conference is a required portion of your CPM certification so you basically registered for this event when you registered to take the CPM course.

Please take a moment to register and let us know to anticipate you — one form per conference attendee. Enter the information as you want it to appear on your conference nametag.

Registration for the conference is open through Monday, May 30. Advance registration is required.

We understand that you may be unable to attend an event/ course for which you have registered. You may send someone else in your place as long as you notify us ahead of time. There is no fee for this substitution. If sending someone else isn’t an option, you can cancel your registration with prior notification, and you may be charged an administrative fee. We cannot provide a refund if you cancel less than two weeks in advance of the event/course. If you fail to cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. We take photos and video at our conference and assume your attendance indicates your consent to having your image and/or voice used in future marketing materials. These materials may include publications, website content, promotional pieces, and posts on social media. If you wish to opt-out of the use of your image, voice, and/or name, please notify Alecia Gray (agray@ku.edu) in writing a minimum of one week prior to the event. The price of the conference is $175 per person. If you need an invoice, please use your confirmation email for that purpose.
